living in oblivion

@USRepKeating @POTUS What about the Palestinians? Do you not support their existence? It's 1400 Israelis killed to over 8000 Palestinians killed since Oct. 7. This has never been a fair fight. Calling for a ceasefire is the LEAST you can do.

[Laura @elllco]

@SenWarren @SenJeffMerkley @maziehirono @SenMarkey @ChrisMurphyCT @SenSanders @SenTinaSmith @ChrisVanHollen @SenatorWarnock @SenPeterWelch You are aiding and abetting a genocide. Call for a ceasefire. #FreePalestine #freegazanow #FreeGaza

[Laura @elllco]

@HARDFEST really no Kandi at allowed at all? I understand if it's a shit ton, but not even a single bracelet??

[Laura @elllco]

@prairiemonique I watched anyway though! Loved Spain, France, and the Russians that did Swan Lake.

[Laura @elllco]

@prairiemonique omg, I stayed in a media bubble all day, then 10 min before I got home, NPR ruined it for me in the car with NO WARNING!

[Laura @elllco]

@prairiemonique I'm trying really hard NOT to know until I watch. (we had a holiday today, too, but I still had work--boooo).

[Laura @elllco]

@miss__berlin They're a sister/brother ice dancing team.

[Laura @elllco]

@prairiemonique I am sorta watching and sorta getting ready for work (stupid work!) I'm recording so I can watch in full tonight!

[Laura @elllco]

@prairiemonique I'm actually teaching class and simultaneously checking the Olympic news...me = bad teacher.

[Laura @elllco]

@prairiemonique your people are kicking ass in the medal count! Yeah Canada!

[MoniKa Platek @MonikaPlatek]

I was rushing to catch an elevator down today but my options were limited #SochiProblems

[Monique @prairiemonique]

A phrase I never use outside of the Olympics "look at the speed of those twizzles!" #Sochi2014 #icedancing #CBCOlympics #pairsfreeskate

[Laura @elllco]

So Bob Costas totally admitted tonight that he's in the Fortress of Solitude. #iknewit #nbcolympics

[Laura @elllco]

@prairiemonique When does team figure skating air for you guys? For us it's on tonight. I wish everything weren't on such a long delay!

[NBC Olympics & Paralympics @NBCOlympics]

Must be pretty cool to share an Olympic podium with your sister: http://t.co/AatXWp8iwR #moguls

[Laura @elllco]

@prairiemonique all of the above.

[Laura @elllco]

@prairiemonique our network commentators specifically said it's not an FU. But I'm going to pretend otherwise!

[Laura @elllco]

@prairiemonique apparently US networks edited that portion out! wtf?!

[Laura @elllco]

@prairiemonique the floor was the best part! I liked the country names and satellite images projected with the hunger games-style font.
