@GeekSquad Unbelievable. I have waited literally 4.5+ hours, since 5:20p for help from Geek Squad. Had to call a few times, on hold, one thing after another done wrong, most recently as I held for a supervisor an hour got disconnected. Need help system freezing.I need this for my job! Wow.
