I would suggest to allow to open from the beginning a EURO account, with instant SEPA at zero cost,instead of forcing an initial deposit via credit card or bank transfer with minimum value of 500$

Or you cancel the conversion from EUR to USD and move these 500 euro in is euro wallet on eToro
It is not acceptable to lose 10 euro for open an account on eToro using a bank transfer !!!!

@eToro Your system costs to my friend 10€ from 500 transfer and further 5€ when depositing 200 over credit card
All because you don't open immediately an personal euro account for free deposit and withdraw
I suggest to fix and compensate

Case 09401990 has been open on Friday
It was asked to don't covert 500 euro into USD since at the end he was forced to make the deposit via credit card
The request has been ignored, and if he now change back USD in EUR he lose 10 euro

But you can link and use crypto com exchange which has only 0.25% fee which is very competitive
I believe crypto com app should not have more than 1% fee for become more useable

All are signs that BTC isn't mature to be a real store of value
4 years ago we had Luna and FTX collapse, these did drive down the BTC value
For make further downhill, I would expect some new collapses ...
