At the ongoing Iranian-Gulf state negotiations; few things were on the table:

1. Gulf must stop giving military bases for the U.S.
2. Iran must seize attacks on all gulf states, except U.S. military bases in the region
3. But the Gulf states must start a serious program to ensure complete cessation of the U.S. military bases in their countries.

However, the U.S. response? The reassess the war, reorganize and return with intensive air power to take control of the Iranian airspace.
