@tvlicensing Hi - I think there’s an issue with out DD, our license expires in Nov but we have already overpaid by £38 between Jan-Aug (£198.75 total) and are still being charged £13 a month. How can I sort this out/ be refunded/ cancel the ongoing payments? Thanks :)

@tvlicensing Hi thanks for getting back to me so quickly! We don’t want to continue post November so is there a way to stop this payment and be refunded the £37.95 we have paid surplus? Can I cancel the DD? It wasn’t clear we would be charged for over a years worth of licensing

@British_Airways Hi, can we have our covid documents verified at the airport checkin as having problems with the app? Also is a health declaration form necessary for entry to Italy? Cannot see this requirement anywhere other than BA app. Thank you!

@British_Airways Thanks Fran, unfortunately there is no mention of any sort of health declaration form there. That information is also outdated. Are we able to have our documents checked at the airport? I am unable to check in via the app.

@British_Airways antigen tests we took yesterday will now be invalid by the time we land as original intended flight was cancelled with zero warning. Having to pay £150 for new tests at Heathrow today. Will we receive compensation/ can we claim for this additional expense?

@easyJet Hi - If I have a covid voucher worth £150 and I use it to make a new booking of £50, what happens to the remaining £100? Can I use it to make another booking or will it be taken? Thanks, Elody

@DVLAgovuk Hi Ingrid. It is still not working when I leave it blank. On the D1 form there is no option to tick renew an expired license. Which option do I select if none of them apply? “Renew with a new photo?”. I am attempting to renew due to expiry. Thanks Elody

@DVLAgovuk Hi Ingrid, the details are 100% correctly matched. If I apply another way i.e. not online, can you please confirm my application would be processed? Do you know why it could be that my license number is not being recognised? Thank you, Elody
