Lol @ this man saying on the news teachers could be picking up covid in their lives outside of school? I havent had one since I did my training. But thanks for that.

Living alone in lockdown can be a bit intense. I was feeling a bit low towards the end of the week, so I spent last night and today getting in touch with people I'm closest to, and went for a run today. It has made the world of difference. #lockdown3 #mentalhealth

Day 2 of live lessons with Ks3 and Ks4. I am knackered but it's so much nicer being in contact with my students this time 😊😊😊 #earlynight

I've walked 49 km in the last couple of days looking for our cat "Albus".

I'll keep searching for him no matter how long it takes.

If you can help find him by sharing our post on your social media's I would be very grateful. #Halifax #Boothtown #WestYorkshire #MissingCat

In French, CHANTER EN YAOURT (‘to sing in yoghurt’) refers to the noises you make singing a song when you’ve forgotten the lyrics.

The virus is clearly out of control.

It’s not good enough for the Prime Minister to hint at further restrictions at unspecified times and then do nothing.

He must put national restrictions in place within the next 24 hours.

No more dither, no more delay.

Hi all,
Year 11 mocks will go ahead as planned from the 4th of January. Exam papers will be delivered to each student’s home. They‘ll do them in their gardens. For the German and French listening a local ice cream man has agreed to play the CDs instead of Greensleeves.
Thanks x

Patrick Hutchinson carries an injured stranger to safety during yesterday's protests.

It's easy to focus on the worst instincts of human behaviour. But it is vital we also celebrate the best.

Hi guys need some #mfltwitterati guidance. I’ve been asked to act as a language assistant next week for groups of 3/4 pupils from years 7 to 10. I need to plan 3 activities that will span the year groups on the topics of healthy lifestyle, holidays in the past & school. Ideas?😬

[Miss Rose @elrose55]
