@hubermanlab@zaknight @HHMINEWS This is so interesting! For anyone dealing with weight issues, it might be surprising that changing the way you breathe and the order in which you eat different foods can impact your weight. I’m a functional breathing coach, so don't hesitate to reach out. I'd love to help.
@hubermanlab This is fascinating, thank you! As a functional breathing coach, I will definitely incorporate these insights into my sessions. Feel free to reach out if you're interested in exploring how to use your breath to connect with yourself on a deeper level.
Last day!

Day 13 of ‘14 Days of #Breathing to Feel Better’.
HOW TO SLOW YOUR #HEARTRATE:
Breathe only through your nose. Inhale slowly and count to 4 in your head (at your own pace). Then, exhale twice as long while counting to 8.
When you exhale, your heart naturally slows down.
Day 12 of ‘14 Days of #Breathing to Feel Better.
HOW TO #RESET:
Take a full inhale through your nose, and without exhaling, take another sip of air to fill your lungs, then slowly exhale through your nose or mouth.
Repeat 3 times or until you feel rebooted.
Day 11 of ‘14 Days of #Breathing to Feel Better’.
HOW TO #QUIETYOURMIND BY BREATHING THROUGH YOUR LEFT NOSTRIL:
Block your right nostril and breathe slowly in and out of your left nostril. Relax your shoulders and your jaw.
Repeat for 3 minutes and notice the shift.
Day 10 of ‘14 Days of #Breathing to Feel Better’.
HOW TO CALM DOWN WITH #BELLYBREATHING:
Place one hand on your belly, and visualize a red balloon inside your belly. Inhale and imagine filling the balloon with air, and exhale imagine deflating the balloon.
Feel your belly move.
Day 9 of ‘14 Days of #Breathing to Feel Better’.
HOW TO #REDUCEANXIETY WITH 456:
Inhale slowly through your nose to a count of 4, hold your breath to a count of 5, and exhale to a count of 6.
Count at your own tempo and repeat for 5 minutes or until you feel calm.

HOW TO STERILIZE YOUR NOSTRILS:
