Booked in Chennai, and here's what happened:

Car was damaged & filthy inside-out.
Steering issues & jerking, unsafe to drive.
No resolution despite complaints. Forced to cut trip short!
Booking still "On Trip" and car didn't get locked too.
Totally horrible!!
