Every career movement I had in my life came from doing the hard thing.
Learning to code. Studying for FAANG interviews. Switching to mobile so I could work on Reels. These were all extremely hard for me.
These days AI makes it easy to skip hard things. You can ship something without ever really understanding it.
I think the hard thing now is to slow down. Look at what the AI created. Learn how it actually works. Ask questions until you understand what you’re shipping.
As we move toward fewer reviews, that understanding matters more, not less.
@jasonfreedman You don’t need another a.i. tool. You just need a solution to your problem.
Put your task into our intake form (free). We’ll build you the plan so you can do it yourself or we can help you implement.

Through 2026, Gartner predicts organizations will abandon 60% of AI projects that are not backed by AI-ready data.
63% of organizations do not have, or are not sure they have, the data practices AI needs.
This is not an edge case. This is the majority.
Without a strong foundation, the project crumbles.
Do you know if your foundation is ready for A.I.?

@mattpocockuk@bcherny@JohnOusterhout We experience similar situations, specifically regarding future looking strategic outcomes.
While some situations may feel obvious to a human, they are non obvious to an a.i.
We have been chalking it up as Moravec's paradox.
Same neighborhood, different job.
Elution Labs maps the data landscape: systems, schema, completeness, what talks to what. We work in highly regulated industries, so we deliberately do not ingest the actual field values.
Our crawler is built to see the shape of the data, not the data itself.
@PeterDiamandis Amen! We literally give away our build plan FOR FREE before we even talk to potential clients. We want to provide so much value up front that you think of us as a partner.
Implement the plan yourself or we can help you.

@coreyganim $1k for an assessment? Thats a feature not a product or service.
Our assessment is free. Take the report and dump it into Claude if you want to build it yourself. Or we can help you.

Software isn't dead. It just stopped being the product.
The hot take on X right now: SaaS is dead, cancel everything, build in-house.
The real shift: SaaS is becoming SiaS. Software in a Service.
SaaS sells you a tool and makes you run it. Software in a service sells you the outcome, with the software built in. Calls answered, clients booked, systems connected, decisions surfaced from real-time data.
Then add a layer of intelligence.
This shift is happening across every industry at every organization size.
There’s a moment in every project where a client goes from “evaluating a tool” to realizing what’s actually possible.
Once they get to see and feel the system, the lightbulb goes off.
That moment is the most rewarding part of what we do at Elution Labs.
Bring on the scope creep!
This week we're delivering a custom solution to a client that ran their entire business on spreadsheets. Scattered data. Missing information. Lagging decisions.
Our solution: One entry point, routed everywhere, real time. The numbers they steer by are finally today's numbers. Intelligence to provide trends and adjustments based on yearly, quarterly and monthly goals.
Total cost monthly cost: estimated $45 - $90 monthly. Not per seat.
Delivery time: estimated 2 weeks
This is the new age we are living in. Custom systems that the business OWNS.
