iโm saying this because i genuinely trust what we've built.
stablecoin payments finally feel real.
this is how payments should feel powerful, but invisible enough so that anyone can use it.

A little History:
@miteshmetha & @0xavinash are Day 1 builders, meaning they were with us since the early days of Movment. They applied to Battle Of Olympus (a hackathon I helped spearhead). We had more than 1K submissions, and their project, Gasyard, won 1st place with the most points (VC + team judged).
That year, we flew all our winners to BKK for DevCon and this was the first time our team met both of them face to face. It was very obvious these two were go-getters, hungry, resilient, and had that "wow" factor.
Fast forward to KBW the following year: internally we were discussing how to do something unique for our KBW event. We thought it would be a cool idea to give out Movement branded RFID cards loaded with Move tokens but needed a team to help build this. Enter Avinash and Mitesh. They told us not to worry, they'd build it (this was 20 DAYS before the KBW event). And they delivered: @dopepayme. The way they see the world isn't "this cannot be done" but rather "how quickly can we get this done". Not only this but during our event we had a VC pitch session and these two were the only team to get the golden buzzer.
Since KBW last year, they have doubled down on payments and have been building out their platform by literally going door to door to merchants across the Global South and onboarding them one by one. "Do things that don't scale".
These are all reasons why they will win. They will not give up, have a chip on their shoulder, and can iterate and execute over and over.
We are super excited to be leading this strategic investment into @stableyardfi.
We are just getting started.
We are out of stealth.
Weโve raised major strategic investment from @movement_xyz to build the better commerce layer for stablecoin payments.
Merchants are the first ones to suffer when a major shift in payments comes
new hardware expenses, changing customer habits, arbitrary transaction fees, delayed settlements, and more.
While large businesses can absorb these changes, small businesses get crushed by them.
For years, legacy rails have taken arbitrary cuts from the people driving global commerce.
Now the new systems expect businesses to become crypto experts just to accept payments.
But that ends now.
Weโre building a unified commerce layer for stablecoin payments that plugs directly into the payment systems businesses already use.
A layer that lets any business, anywhere:
โข accept money from anyone
โข settle in any currency
โข pay anyone globally
โข run financial operations from one system
all with instant settlement, lower fees, and built-in payouts.
We are not building another system where:
โWallet sends money โ another wallet receives moneyโ
and calling it payments.
We manage the full payment lifecycle from checkout to settlement so businesses can earn more, think less, and operate globally without changing how they work today.
Welcome to @stableyardfi
Businesses no longer need a new payment system
to accept stablecoins.
Weโve raised strategic investment from @movement_xyz on this bet
Just add stablecoins. Keep everything else

The Arbitrum Security Council has taken emergency action to freeze the 30,766 ETH being held in the address on Arbitrum One that is connected to the KelpDAO exploit. The Security Council acted with input from law enforcement as to the exploiterโs identity, and, at all times, weighed its commitment to the security and integrity of the Arbitrum community without impacting any Arbitrum users or applications.
After significant technical diligence and deliberation, the Security Council identified and executed a technical approach to move funds to safety without affecting any other chain state or Arbitrum users.
As of April 20 11:26pm ET the funds have been successfully transferred to an intermediary frozen wallet. They are no longer accessible to the address that originally held the funds, and can only be moved by further action by Arbitrum governance, which will be coordinated with relevant parties.
