@figma most frustrating part of auto-layout is the absence of a % based width and height (should have seen the disbelief on our devs faces when I try to explain why the designs use hard pixels)
@fontawesome - Have you noticed there's a handful of 3 letter animals in FA (dog, cat, bat, cow, ram, pig)? You guys should add more! I suggest: owl, fox, elk, ant, emu, yak, gnu, eel, gar.
@figma Variables are awesome! Any plan to make it easier to actually manage it? eg:
1. moving vars to other collections
2. duplicate vars
3. shift-select & move several vars into groups
3. resize var window
4. easier to navigate the All The Colors when applying color to object
@figma Variables are awesome! But very difficult to manage. I wish:
1. turn a group into a collection
2. select multiple vars & re-order in bulk
3. select multiple vars & move all into a group
4. add a new vars in middle of long list
5. create a new group w/o having to put var in
After the recent @figma update, have things been a bit buggy? eg: dropping components mirrors the text, or a bottom-border only shows as a top-border...
@zoink@Adobe@figma ..says the company that shifted giant tech companies (Google, Airbnb, etc) away from Adobe to use Figma because it had a better product.
@figma - I love the new features in auto-layout, however, the height of things changing to fixed every-single-time I change the direction of flow is driving me absolutely bonkers.
