@Optus It would be helpful if the ivr said they were closed not ‘experiencing technical difficultly and unable to answer your call, please call again later’ I was trying all day! The email says I need to talk to someone, live chat agent unable to help. Is sales support open today?

@Optus I had already chatted to someone on live chat. I was told someone from sales would call me in 24-48hrs. That was Thursday. Yesterday I get an email saying I need to call then on the 1300 number but that ivr said it wasn’t taking calls all day.
