@virginmedia nope , still nothing , we have lost hundreds of pounds the past 3 days and being told we will get £9 compensation for this time period , the latest update says 9pm this evening, it said 9 pm yesterday though too and here we are .

@VirginAtlantic this whatsapp isnt working for them , they have booked their 4th attempt today for a connecting flight ,meant to be travelling for a month in usa and have no idea where the bags are ? someone needs to contact them, the airport staff havent helped in anyway and they are at a loss
