More than 48 hours since I’ve been unable to check in to my stay because the host lied about the features of her listing. All I’ve been promised by @AirbnbHelp is a mysterious “support ambassador.” Why don’t you care about your guests?

@Deronghouco @AirbnbHelp I have demonstrated to the host and @AirbnbHelp and their “support” in the app and on the phone that the host is lying and no one is helping me. The host is horrible and Airbnb is taking her side despite her demonstrated lies. So I’m not going to trust her.

@AirbnbHelp I booked a listing that says paid parking available upon request. The paid parking the host is offering requires a resident permit to park overnight. The host is telling me to just not worry about it. Airbnb support is somehow telling me the same thing. Please help
