@KodyHealth Very true! Physical fitness causes neural connection efficiency. I have around 20000 extra synapse-connections due to exercise over the past 3 years.
I love seeing people sharing scientific knowledge. The spotlight effect, ironically, blinds you. Long term exposure can (metaphorically) cause (literal) cataracts. I hope to run experiments about the cognitive biases soon...
🧠 Psychology fact of the day:
We think people are noticing us more than they really are
An overweight person may be afraid to exercise because "everyone's staring"
It's a cognitive bias called the "spotlight effect"
Want me to write a thread about the major cognitive biases?
I would never advise reading only one book. Research shows that intelligent peoples' IQ scores are equivalent to the number of pages they read a day (divided by 3). However, if I HAD to choose one it would be The Origin of Species (Charles Darwin) or The Bible (various artists).
This is a great tip supported by biological science. Example: camels carry large volumes of water in their humps and can work non-stop for days at a time. Productive animals!
@JamieTalks_ Quantum theory states this literally. Everyone is in a different reality. Think: why are reality shows so popular? We have a subconscious desire to access different quantum realms, different realities.
@PPGMindset Interestingly, a snake sheds it's skin around 7 times in it's lifetime. So, starting a 7-figure business should be similar. This is something I am thinking about but don't quite have the answer.
@WealthFoodLife Jim Carey said in his autobiography ('Memoirs and Misinformation') that he failed at becoming an actor 20+ times before he made it big. He fails regularly at things he doesn't want, like running a soya farm, which so far he has tried and failed over 100 times.
@Moneytric Research shows that victims are 3x less powerful than the rest of the population. If you give up being a victim, you will notice a boost in strength equivalent to benching around 70kg.
