I know a lot of people (you, me, most people) go through tough times and face obstacles, however getting through those obstacles builds your character and makes you stronger.
In my opinion and experience, the people who have coasted through life with no real challenges that they had to overcome, don't have a lot to offer.
Try and remember that if you are struggling, you WILL get through it and come out the other side a stronger person.
I know what it's like to read something like this and say "fuck off Brad, you have no idea what I'm dealing with". I had that attitude for years. Maybe I don't know your exact situation, but I have dealt with a lot of hardships of my own and I am grateful for them because I couldn't be who I am now without them.
Here are a few examples out of thousands:
- I think I'm a better father because I had no father and I never want my kids to feel how I did.
- I help my daughter with her social anxiety because I suffered from it for so long.
- I know what it's like to be homeless and that keeps me motivated and pushes me to work even when I REALLY don't want to.
Instead of being a victim, find the good in your struggles and use them to your advantage.
Just my thoughts for the day. Hope they can help someone ❤️
Today, we’re thrilled to launch https://t.co/rxBDrIgPJi, the new home for React and its documentation. It teaches modern React with function components and Hooks, and we’ve included diagrams, illustrations, challenges, and over 600 interactive examples. Check it out!
Hoy me dedico a:
