At the beginning of this year, I wanted to find out how much water I’d drink over six months and eventually, a full year.
So I made a conscious effort to keep every single bottle of water I finished, even the ones I drank while I was out. I’d put the empty bottles in my car and bring them home.
Six months later, I’ve gone through 55 pack and 660 bottles of 75cl Aquafina, that’s a total of 495 liters of water.
Not bad at all.🙂↔️💧
I was in an oil firm for 8 years, chevron to be precise between 2010 and 2019

Fast forward to few years ago I left Christianity and chose islam
My family pushed me out of my own house simply because I built it for family
They denied me access to my 2 houses
I left heartbroken

Life can always start all over even at 50 bro
Don't give up
He got married way too early. I think he said he got married at 24.
I know people will always say, "Get married early, have kids early, and build a family," but I will always advise that before you get married, you should explore and experience different aspects of life. Make sure you enjoy life as a young man who is financially stable. The emphasis is on financial stability because many men rush into marriage while struggling financially. To be honest, their wife may not even be their ideal type, but because of their circumstances, they settle.
Then, when money starts coming in during the marriage, they begin to feel like caged birds that want to be set free. All their sexual fantasies and preferences start resurfacing, and they begin craving experiences they never had. Try to experience life as a single man with a good car, apartment, financial stability, and the freedom to live the life you want. Make sure you are almost, if not completely, tired of that lifestyle and genuinely ready to settle down before you get married.
Many married men today never got to experience this stage of life, and when money starts coming in during marriage, you see them all over the place.
Going by the Law of Diminishing Marginal Utility, a man who thoroughly explored life as a single man before getting married is more likely to remain faithful than one who never experienced being with different women.
I don't care what anyone says, but getting married at 24 as a man is like leaving a party at 7PM, unless you genuinely have no interest in exploring women and life in general.
Tbh, when I met my wife, I couldn't believe it.
Before her, what I was seeing around me wasn't great.
I realized I was in environments that didn't challenge me... they only enabled my weaknesses.
I wanted someone who would shake my core and push me to be better than my current self.
So, I genuinely prayed for her.
And God answered. But the catch was that I had to do the hard work on myself first to be ready for her.
You can choose to just settle down with anyone.
But will that life be good enough to actually call it a "good life"?
Or will it be a life that others look at and say, "I want what they have"?
The connection you honestly need is God.
Back in 2022, I was driving a muscle car (Camry) and had been thinking about upgrading to a Spider. My car plug told me I needed to add ₦4 million to close the deal. I had 4 hours before I was supposed to go pick up the car, so what did I do?
It gets to a point where you’ve just got to stop correcting bad behavior and simply end the relationship.
Else, you’ll be in a constant loop of complain > reconcile > bad pattern repeats itself > complain > reconcile…
