@Plusnet we have no had no wifi for two days in the LE10 area. what is going on? everytime we message we get a text that provides differing lengths of how long repairs are going to take. will we get a refund based on the fact we have been two days without sufficient service?

@thetrainline so up until a week or so ago i could use my railcard on this exact journey - now you’re saying i can’t??? meaning this journey will cost me an extra £1.70. don’t understand what’s changed - my railcards pretty much null & void now, i only rlly use it for commuting.

just don’t understand why it’s so difficult to find the page to request a refund. this isn’t the first time an orders arrived incorrect and we haven’t bothered refunding due to the hassle!

I appreciate a full refund was issued for the missing meal but this doesn’t account for the fact that i’ve had to repurchase this and pay even more delivery fees!

as for the incorrect meal - i asked for bacon to be removed as a personal preference. however, what if i had been allergic or it had been a religious preference? surely this should also warrant some level of refund? i’m sure it would’ve been refunded had i been dishonest!!

@McDonaldsUK @UberEats why on earth is it near impossible to request a refund from you??? ordered a mcdonald’s, one meal delivered and was incorrect. the other not delivered at all!! no refund offered for the incorrect meal and a £10.59 refund issued for the missing meal

@arrivamidlandsE why have the morning x6 services to Coventry been reduced so badly? the x6 to Coventry is always busy in the morning and to make it worse, half the time the coaches don’t run for the 7:43 service so the capacity is less!
