@O2 #o2mobile the worst service I’ve ever used. After trying to start a new contract in store, online and via phone over a month ago I’ve still not got a phone, but do have a £55 bill for calling the O2 number and not being told I’d get charged. Will never use O2 mobile again

@boohoo_cshelp why have I been refunded over half my order when I haven’t asked for it? If stuff is in stock at the time I purchase I do not expect to then just be refunded the money and not end up receiving them. I was relying on those items coming. This system is unacceptable
