@houseoffraser your customer service is abysmal! I emailed you on 21st April about a birthday discount code, zero reply. I DM'd you, sent all necessary and requested pictures and the most unhelpful responses ever!

@axs Absolutely AWFUL customer service. Emailed about 7 times, called twice and left on hold over 20mins with no answer. No one responds to emails, over a month waiting for a response. Formal complaint made & not even acknowledged! @RollingStones #disability #MusicWithoutBarriers

@axs Tried to purchase Disabled Access tickets to see @RollingStones but no option was given, contacted within minutes of purchasing pre-sale tickets,over a month later told no disabled access tickets left and no solution provided #discrimination #disability #MusicWithoutBarriers
