l place all my trust in You and offer You all my devotion.
My grateful love is for You.
You, My Self.
I love You as You love Me.
You are as close to Me as I am to You.
My Beloved guru Maharaj
The day when I didn't do Naam Mantra I lack confidence and devotion 🙏🙏
If you meditate on an ideal, you will acquire its nature. If you think of God day and night, you will acquire the nature of God.
BHAGAVAN SRI RAMAKRISHNA
The Name and I are not distinct, you know. To say the Name and to stay with me amount to the same thing. Say the Name unceasingly, and disease, sorrow, pain, and distress will be dancing in your presence. Assuming the form of bliss: in the great deluge of bliss, the mortal universe will totally dissolve, leaving no trace behind; everywhere you will see Myself, who am all Bliss.
Nam-Samkirtan is the smooth, straight and easy way. The luster of My Name goes beyond the Vedas and Vedanta. They become adorable to the three worlds who say the Name constantly. Their grace can rescue numerous sinners and sufferers.
Neglect no more, time flies fast. Say the Name. Practice saying the Name continuously. So long as you can utter a syllable, don't give up saying the Name. Heedless of whether you are holy or unholy, ignoring whether you have reverence and faith or not, say the name every moment. It is the Name Indeed that will fetch divine love. By silent repetition of the Name, you will see Me face to face. Say the Name, say the Name, say the Name,
Fear not, Fear not, Fear not"

All will come as you go on. Take the first step first. All blessings come from within. Turn within. 'I am', you know. Be with it all the time you can spare, until you revert to it spontaneously. There is no simpler and easier way.
SRI NISARGADATTA MAHARAJ
Bhakti and Jnana :
D: How should I carry on nama japa?
M: One should not use the name of God mechanically and superficially without the feeling of devotion. To use the name of God, one must call upon Him with yearning and unreservedly surrender oneself to Him. Only after such surrender is the name of God constantly with the man.
D: Where is, then, the need for inquiry or vichara?
M: Surrender can take effect only when it is done with full knowledge as to what real surrender means. Such knowledge comes after inquiry and reflection and ends invariably in self-surrender.
There is no difference between jnana and absolute surrender to the Lord, that is, in thought, word, and deed. To be complete, surrender must be unquestioning; the devotee cannot bargain with the Lord or demand favors at His hands. Such entire surrender comprises all; it is jnana and vairagya, devotion and love.

The 3 Bodies That Define Human Existence… 🔥
Vedantic tradition explains that a human being is more than the physical body... What we call a person is understood through three layers of embodiment called the three shariras.
👉 These bodies explain waking, dream, deep sleep, karma, rebirth, and liberation.
> Sthula Sharira… the gross body
> The physical body made of the five gross elements
> It is born, grows, ages, and dies
> It functions as the instrument for experience in the waking state
> Sukshma Sharira… the subtle body
> Composed of mind, intellect, ego, memory, prana, senses, and organs of action
> It experiences pleasure, pain, thought, desire, and emotion
> It continues after physical death and carries karma and samskaras
> Karana Sharira… the causal body
> The subtlest layer containing the seed state of individuality
> It is the storehouse of ignorance and the cause from which the subtle and gross bodies emerge
> In deep sleep… the gross and subtle become inactive
> The causal body remains as the undifferentiated seed state
> At death… only the gross body falls away
> The subtle and causal bodies continue until liberation
> The Self is not any of these three bodies
> It is the awareness that illumines them all
> Bondage begins when consciousness identifies with the bodies
> Liberation begins when it recognises its distinction from them
What appears as a single human being… Vedanta analyses into three layers of embodiment.
The body dies the Self does not.

How Dharana Becomes Dhyana and Samadhi… 🔥
The Yoga Sutras describe meditation as a gradual refinement of attention... Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi are not separate practices… but deeper stages of the same process.
> Dharana… concentration
> The mind is deliberately fixed on a single object, idea, mantra, or point of focus
> At this stage… effort is still required
> Attention repeatedly wanders and must be brought back again and again
> As distractions reduce… concentration becomes more stable
> The gaps between moments of attention begin to disappear
> This continuity of attention is called Dhyana
> Meditation proper begins here
> In Dhyana… awareness flows toward the object in an unbroken stream
> The mind becomes less fragmented and less self conscious
> As meditation deepens further…
> even the sense of “I am meditating” begins to fade
> Only the object of meditation remains clearly illuminated in awareness
> This state is called Samadhi
> Absorption in which the distinction between observer, observation, and observed becomes extremely subtle or disappears altogether
> Dharana gathers the mind
> Dhyana stabilises the flow
> Samadhi dissolves separation
> Together they form Samyama
> One of the most important teachings of the Yoga Sutras
What begins as effortful concentration… ends in effortless absorption.
The journey of meditation is not about creating stillness… it is about removing distraction until stillness reveals itself.
