44,163 signatures. One Mass Memorandum.
Submitted today to the President of India.
If the ineligible were identified, why were the deserving punished alike?
#44163Voices#WBSSC2016#Justice
44,163 signatures. 🇮🇳
This is not merely a number.
It represents 44,163 voices.
An initiative that began with one ordinary citizen has now reached the highest constitutional authority of the nation.
The question remains:
If the ineligible can be identified, why should the eligible be punished for someone else’s wrongdoing?
We have raised our voice.
We have performed our duty.
Now we await justice.
🇮🇳 Justice must distinguish between the guilty and the innocent.
Honorable President of India @rashtrapatibhvn
One question must be asked.
If the ineligible candidates can be identified,
should the eligible and the ineligible face the same consequence?
“#Unequals_cannot_be_treated_equally.”
#Article 14 is not merely about equality.
It is about fair and just equality.
44,163 citizens have raised this question.
This is not merely about jobs.
This is about the #Rule_of_Law. 🇮🇳

In 2016, nearly 26,000 teachers & non-teaching employees were appointed by WBSSC after clearing every stage of recruitment.
After around 5,700 ineligible candidates were identified, the entire panel was cancelled—without distinguishing the eligible from the ineligible—even after nearly 6 years of service.
This raises grave questions under Articles 14, 21 & 311 of our Constitution.
If one citizen’s initiative could bring together 44,163 signatures, imagine the voice if many more had joined.
As responsible citizens, we have fulfilled our duty under Article 51A.
The signatures have been submitted.
We have done our part.
Now, the nation awaits yours.

The Supreme Court unjustly took away my job even though there was no allegation against me. I declare that I do not accept such a worthless system of justice. I have no respect for that Supreme Court or its judiciary.I strongly protest against Supreme Court & reject it entirely
"There is no need to keep that useless Supreme Court where justice is not served. If I had the power, I would blow up the #Supreme_Court_with_an_explosion."
In this way, a state is killing innocent teachers through mental anguish. The highest court of the country has failed to deliver justice. Madam President is silent, then her silencity means injustice is greatly exaggerated.
