Law means set of rules and regulations (Oxford dictionary). The rules and regulations INEC established for conduct of elections are laws. INEC blatantly violated those laws.

The Electoral act states that results SHALL be transmitted in a manner prescribed by INEC. INEC guidelines prescribed that results SHALL be electronically transmitted to collation centre and IREV.

@MobilePunch Fake News! I thought Punch is a reliable news source. You completely twisted what Dubawa reported. It said that because all the election results have not been uploaded on INEC IReV portal, it is misleading to say Obi won 19 states. The report didn't say Obi didn't win 19 states.
