We don't understand what is stopping @DFS_India to allow Banks to function 5 days week!! State Govt already begin to realizing the same & acting to shut all offices in weekends. Banks r already closed on 2nd/4th Sat, what wrong will happen if Banks start functioning 5 days Week??
