This is a great example of solving a problem does not dismiss yours. US helped keep the Germans racism from annihilating an entire race, but that did not grant a pass for segregation. #AuburnWorldHistory

It’s crazy to think that segregation and racism was so bad during WWII that black men were apprehensive to support, and most likely hesitant to join as well, the US army when they were fighting against Germany. #AuburnWorldHistory

Dr. Quao mentioned that everyone goes to Africa to get stuff. Africa happens to account for 30% of the worlds minerals. Quao is fighting for the people of Africa to be valued like people value Africa’s resources. #AuburnWorldHistory
