@WhichTravel Still haven’t been informed by @Travel_Up that my flight on 11/07 is cancelled despite @qatarairways contacting me directly on 07/05 to tell me to contact the agent for refund. Also changed their T&Cs since point of sale to charge unspecified admin fees on refunds.
