Whatever is going on with Treasuries right now, there is perhaps no clearer trade in fixed income than to roll out of corporate/ spread product into Ts, which offer real yields at 25 year highs against IG spread premiums near 30 year lows.
The dilemma:
If the Fed hikes it will worsen the interest expense problem (since so much borrowing is at the short end).
If the Fed cuts it will worsen the inflation problem.
@conorsen I gave it access to my Gmail only. The product is incredibly easy to use. I don’t trust it with all my data, but I’ll let the Apple version cook all day once they release it.
Apple needs to get the word out on how good the new Siri is. I recommend a full ad campaign.
I’m at a Cambridge conference today and asking people if they’ve updated to the new iOS.
Most common answer: Yes
Next I ask, have you used the new Siri?
Most common answer: There’s a new Siri?
ps: the responses have been a good reminder to me that most people don’t obsess about this stuff every day like I do. Either way, the new Siri is great, and Apple has an opportunity to let the US know.
AI compute is going to orbit. 🚀
@SpaceX’s Starmind AI1 satellite compute payload is powered by NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72, bringing AI factory compute closer to the stars.
The next chapter of AI infrastructure boldly goes where no AI compute has gone before.
SpaceX is partnering with @Nvidia to design the Starmind AI1 satellite compute payload.
Each of the Starmind satellites will include NVIDIA Rubin GPUs and Vera CPUs for datacenter class space compute → https://t.co/4MOQv0DvTQ
the first iphone had no app store, no 3g, no gps, no video camera, no copy/paste, no push notifications, no mms, no real multitasking, no front camera, no facetime, no siri, no icloud, no imessage, no touch id, no apple pay, no retina display, no wireless charging, & no water resistance.
& somehow everyone looked at it & immediately understood the future had arrived. except steve ballmer & this blogger.
@tim_cook Thank you, Tim! Incredible leadership and stewardship of Apple—truly appreciated as both a shareholder and loyal user. Wishing you continued success, and all the best to John stepping into the role.
@elonmusk if you could somehow get this in front of RFK JR and @realDonaldTrump . This low cost drug could help thousands of people with Autism. @US_FDA trials are needed but Big Pharma won't fund it because of little profit potential. Much appreciated!
Doctors are studying the low-cost drug leucovorin, derived from folic acid, as a possible treatment for autism in children. But with little profit potential, pharmaceutical companies won’t fund FDA trials — leaving families dependent on off-label prescriptions. Dr. @celinegounder reports.
