People at @around_hq We are #hiring. 🤙 #remote #remotejobs #remotework

[Abigail Higgins @abbyhiggins]

It finally happened: someone asked me where the library was in Spanish. I’ve been training for this since high school.

🚀🚀🚀 Best team ever.

1/ Big news! Around has been acquired by @MiroHQ, the online platform accelerating innovation through visual collaboration. We’re combining the best of both worlds and adding Miro’s visual collaboration into Around for a great team collaboration experience.

No echos here! Just one more reason to love @around_hq!! 💖💖

.@around_hq 's Echo Prevention is truly magical. Check out this video on how to use it:

If you still haven't tried @around_hq you definitely need to. It's the closest thing to feeling like in-person conversations I've found. The noise cancelation is insane and you can hear multiple people talking at the same time. Also the multiplayer snake game is the best.

[Mohit Vainsh ✨ @vainsh]

Loving @around_hq's floating mode. Sits perfectly with @figma.

[Emily @emilahoo1]

@bandaidqueen @refugeingrief 100% this 👆

[Fathom.fm @fathom_infinity]

We've been loving @around_hq here at Fathom. Really helps facilitate the kind of serendipitous team interaction so often missed when working remote / distributed. Fantastic work @around_hq!

[Hjalmar Gislason @hjalli]

@mattturck Prediction: @Zoom is about to fall from their dominance. Products like @around_hq are better tuned to what younger users want, care about UX, know when I’m logged in (!) and don’t turn every feature request into a configurable setting. Will eat their lunch. Zoom is the new Webex.

[Startup Stash @startupstash]

Exhausted by video meetings? @Around_HQ's radically unique video calls reduce fatigue and are designed for modern remote teams. https://t.co/czeVp5WEXl #communication #collaboration #team

@volodarik Ours are a bit more niche as far as stack, but I would love to hire engineers with experience in: Electron, Node, C++, Chromium, WebRTC 🇺🇦❤️🙏

@yongfook Using /around (@around_hq) to jump into a quick screenshare or meeting is awesome. We use around bc you can have multiple people in the same physical room with *zero* audio feedback issues.

These young people, Avi Schiffmann & Marco Burstein, students at Harvard, in just 3 days have developed and launched the website https://t.co/KbUfMK1HC1, it’s in 12 languages, Ukrainian refugees fleeing war can immediately find hosts with free rooms, apartments unused in resorts
