They have been under sanctions for 4 decades and as impressive as their ballistic missiles are each one costs upwards of a quarter of a million dollars.

Their hesitancy to escalate could be a physics problem. They just don't have enough missiles to fight a war at the intensity required to win?

I lost interest and stopped closely tracking the US-Iran conflict when I saw Iran was pulling its punches.

Everything I've seen since has aligned with this assessment.

The path to I.R. victory has always been obvious. They must play a game of chicken with the regional and world economy. Instead, they have played a deterrent game, like a superpower.

The path they're taking is for a slow defeat, rather than a victory.

My theory is the elites care more about their own survival than the survival of the regime.

I thought they were truly devoted to the cause. They don't appear to be.

Field experts share their private thoughts and ideas with cloud AI models -> the better the training data becomes -> the more capable the next gen models become -> the larger the force multiplier becomes for whomever owns the most advance model (e.g government and the well connected)

With OpenAI breaking the taboo (of abusing this immense power to "front-run" a scientific breakthrough) why would any academic use one of these cloud AI models for research ever again?

OpenAI solving the Navier-Stokes millennium problem by stealing chat logs of a researcher who talked to GPT is proof I predicted the future again.

As many are aware, I have been sitting on the knowledge that I have the framework to solve what I consider the largest open problem in CS, but without my own local LLM I have been proven correct my paranoia and avoidance of frontier labs is the right idea. I spent years developing those insights and I know no one is thinking that way, so id rather not rug pull myself.

The journey continues to self funding my own data center. Just gotta escape slavery in Canada first, which itself comes with a gigantic bill (in order to escape)
