We all know @Support on X is bad. So whenever I have a issue, I tweet about it and then boost the post in Bastrop, TX, which is where the most of the US support team works out of
Bastrop has ~15,000 people, and if ~27% of adults use X, that’s roughly 4,000 users in town. For like $20, I can ensure that anyone in Bastrop who opens X is getting served my tweet and by default that means support employees are being forced to look at my issue
I love doing this because I end up getting no help anyway and I’m out $20
