So you mean to tell me I just wasn't gritty enough?
That I haven't grinded enough?
What more must I do?
The tears of a clown quietly fall while you say the honest part out loud in front of the smoking gun. Dogfood. I was never this, it was actually that.
The only MOAT today in the app space is grittiness.
Are you gonna film yourself, recruit UGC creators to replicate your winning formats, and keep grinding until you see results?
Or are you gonna sit back and let someone else take your lunch money?
@palassis Good question. I think we will continue to see the model that most businesses use now. Give the potential customer just enough of a taste to get them hooked. Everything appears to be some level of a slot machine. Just my observation.
Gone are the days of knocking on the door with a full deliverable for a potential client.
Learning how to turn "No" into "I didn't even know I needed that" is going the way of the dodo bird.
I challenge you to meet your next potential client at their place of business.
I like looking around. If you're interested in structured data on your source pages for your new startup let me know. Would love to be involved as you're literally making a browser that is in my exact niche. Congrats on the funding round btw.
My guess (assuming you bought it before the funding announcement and someone didn't hold it hostage)
Somewhere between $1,999 at the low end & $4,999 at the high end. I'd shoot for probably 2,950.
My reasoning: the word polar itself commands a premium, but tacking on browser zeroes you in on your niche. Add on the .com authority and I'd say you're in the ballpark of 3 grand.
If I'm way off, color me interested in the story behind it all.
@ThomasBurkhartB Yes, the algorithm can be a fickle thing. Consistency and web authority are a very important ingredient. Starting fresh is always tough. This is not my first foray into this though, I'm familiar enough to build from scratch.

@ThomasBurkhartB After some initial a/b testing, changing the title on youtube garnered around 1.5k views. Nothing to write home about, for a fresh account its fairly normal I think.
On X, the initial posting got around 13k views, low interaction though. I believe I fumbled the CTA. Learning!
it was never a hallucination. it was a design goal.

Food for thought this morning: Successful people are usually successful for a few reasons. Some are obvious, others more subtle.
Here's your tips for the week ahead. 👇
1. Success is born from showing up when no one else will
2. Success is doing it even when it becomes boring
3. Making 1% improvements each day compound just like investing. The negative is also doubly true.
4. Goals are just that. Goals. Process and process refinement are the true movers in attaining your idea.
5. Being humble, and giving more than you take will bring you to places you never thought imaginable.
6. Listen in the room full of talkers. You were given two ears and one mouth for a reason.
7. Reading even one passage a day decreases your stress, increases your cognitive functions and lowers your heart rate. The first word in the Quran is READ.
8. Sleep and leisure are just as important as hard work and dedication. You cannot succeed if the vehicle you're attempting to succeed in is not maintained properly.
9. Keeping like-minded people around is great for your successes, however, keeping your opposition in your circle also has its own benefits. Your opposition teaches you more than your friends ever could.
10. Remind those who you care about that you love them. Don't let your successes blind you from the reasons you started in the first place. Wealth takes many forms, many are not monetary.
About a year ago I was in a place physically, and mentally I never thought I could arrive at. It's a slow burn. By chance, I was given a moment of reprieve to take a look in the mirror. What I found there was a version of myself I no longer recognized.
My goal with this journey is to inspire others. To remind strangers of their power in this world. I hope that this week is your week that you turn it all around. All it takes is that first step to say "Today, I'm going to do better than yesterday"
Some people out there would kill for even a SECOND the safety and security that you have. Remember that on your own journey. Live for the theoretical TRILLIONS of people who haven't even been born yet. Live for the ones that wish they had even a percent of the luxuries you afford yourself.
That's where you'll find your success. And yes, I need to clean my mirror.
@lordaegirion Glad you can relate, if you're referring to the positive. Identifying your own warning signs of slippage is the key I think. Once you can stand to talk to yourself in the mirror and remind yourself of your "Why" it gets a whole lot easier to compound the positives.
@JamesMalsawm Thank you James. I prefer the "Show the possibilities and proof" approach. If I'm going to talk the talk I'd better damn sure walk the walk" These foundations can be applied in every aspect of your life, fitness and health just have the added bonus of augmenting the others.
