@DBSchenker have been holding a package of mine for 22 days without any direct comms. The package arrived from Germany 7/7/25, has since remained at Annecy. No help on phones and no reply to emails. I am willing to take formal action against DB Schenker if no contact is made.

@instagram a hacked account known to be posting fraudulent content is not being removed. The owner can not regain access and it is being reported daily. Despite this the account remains active. Why is this not being acted on?!
