@AndrewWriteCopy Oh Hollow Knight is so good! You'll deeply enjoyed it if you get farther into it.
And I'll definitely give Afterimage a try then! A relaxing game you can pop in from time to time is such a nice treat.
@mold_time I thought I was autistic, but apparently I'm more of a psychopath: it's not that I don't get social cues, but my "fucks given" governor is almost knocked out.
Very detailed overview over what could be broken in the body and cause obesity.

There are lots of ways to die.
To avoid biting the dust, many things need to be juuuust right. If you get too hot or too cold, you die. If you don’t eat enough, you die. If you make too much blood, too little blood, if you [other thing], if you [third thing], dead dead dead.
@exfatloss I've fasted for 3.5 days.
And on another occasion 4 days.
First day super easy. Second you get thirsty. 3rd and 4th day are brutal to be honest, really high fevers both times.
Prolonged dry fasting is not for the faint of heart.
But a day or two should be easy enough.
@pricingdoctor I haven't measured if I'm in ketosis.
My objective is to run an ex150 riff but with butter instead of heavy cream. Testing things out to see how my body responds.
I tried a butter smoothie yesterday.
180g butter
500ml milk
6? Tbsp of a chocolate/sugar mixture.
Tasted delicious. It was too much sugar to be "ketogenic" but it was the first test.
Also weird how it drank like milk, didn't even feel thick.
@exfatloss You're right.
I had 270g butter in 450ml of milk. Started to thicken. But I might have gone to far hahah
That much butter is not sitting well with me.
Do you reckon butter is too hard for a ex150 run?
@rgoulter@ejames_c I read it again and you're 100% right.
The cool thing is that if discomfort is a proxy for learning, it's way easier to gauge our learning rate.
@rgoulter@ejames_c Completely agree. That's why I wanted to ask if I understood correctly 👀
What I understood is the discomfort of learning goes away. Getting hit never gets easier I would think.
@AlexHormozi Weekends off rule!
My family works 7 days a week and it's exhausting.
But the best days to be open are Saturday and Sunday. So what are you going to do.
Eventually the best idea is to be open daily and just rotate the days off of your employees.
@ejames_c Ah, they go instance by instance?
I get what you mean but hard to explain it.
Like if it doesn't fit the framework is fine because you know it'll work in that particular context.
