@xoxodair@SibunaNews i actually randomly dm’d one of the guys who originally got cast on linkedin awhile ago looking for info LOL he said they never actually filmed anything, just did table reads and some rehearsals. said it only lasted a few weeks before the plug got pulled at the BBC
@vertopolkaLF@LuftkoppTim Apple Music is a streaming service. You can download Apple Music on any brand of phone. did you think apple music was exclusive to iphones?
@headlineplanet@oliviarodrigo so now Drop Dead hit #1 AND Stupid Song has the potential to do the same for the fall. Otherwise, neither of them would’ve hit the top spot
@headlineplanet@oliviarodrigo and this, everyone, is why they waited so long to promote Stupid Song at radio. If they amped up promotion upon release, it would’ve slowed/stopped Drop Dead from reaching #1 because stations would’ve been split between playing the two songs
@AMadmanNotABox@NotAgnor not really. it’s just a service used by libraries (just like hoopla, which made an announcement post awhile ago too). it’s not a big budget streamer. it doesn’t produce media. it’s just a nice platform that lets anyone with a library card rent books/shows/music for free
@chuckytimely@_mirrorbelle yall are doing too much.. the article says they broke up a WHILEEE ago. as in… months. as in he’s already performed it since the break up… can yall read orrrr??
@B0OB1E5 no because i was actually soo excited for this at first because she performed wannabe at a few festivals and it was great! and then diplo remixed it and just.. cut out?? the hook???!
@justinttwitball@gamingguru456 lmaooo this is already fully filmed and set for release. half a year away. the fully animated one never made it past development
@untchapurneur@Drag_Crave This is mostly just confirmation that the networks will air them. If MTV/Paramount suddenly decided they didn’t want drag race, they’d shop it around to other networks. If no other networks wanted it.. it would just be a WOW+ exclusive like the global franchises.
@JovanHoward13@JoshuaTookes i also assume they want to wait until after the oswald show airs for the announcement. would be a little weird to announce it (especially if it is in fact epic mickey) beforehand. you wouldn’t announce a sequel before the first thing’s aired
@JovanHoward13@JoshuaTookes True, but I don’t really think they care about the specific date as much as the entire year. Oswald didn’t debut until sept of 1927 but the series is coming out in feb. i expect a major mickey announcement next year.
@lauren_brodauf@catfish_fanatic this is how things have always worked. hot ones has multiple writers. starving celebrities has multiple writers. every single late night show EVER has had multiple writers… it’s just good practice to employ other people. why are you against more people having good jobs?
