Hey @ASOS as your customer service is a joke, they can’t tell me why I’ve had to wait 18 days for the refund to be processed instead of your standard 10 days. They have now said I’m now going to have to wait another 10 WORKING days for this refund to be paid by the 15th Sept!?

What the hell is this update @vsco ?! I can’t copy edits onto photos in my camera roll, the only option is to save all the edits as new photos - meaning I’ll have to make duplicates of everything?!

Hey @asda would LOVE to know why you think it’s acceptable to let me order a Nintendo oled to collect, take my money & only THEN tell me it’s not in stock. Absolutely disgusted at this, it should say out of stock on your website if this is the case. I want a refund immediately.
