...This definitely goes against the consumer rights act @DFS and nearly a month after complaining my husband is still awaiting a call back to discuss. #customerservicegoals

...not only that but @DFS changed the name on their website so we couldn’t price compare and only on receiving found it was named something different and we could’ve got it over £100 cheaper with no delivery charge...

So @DFS charge for ‘delivery and assembly’ which after waiting 6 weeks for some drawers because ‘it’s being made especially for us’ actually means a flat pack being delivered in its box and left for you to assemble yourself...

I have never known such slow customer care as @BudgetUK especially when it’s their error. Anyone would think they don’t want to give us the money back they stole from us...🤷‍♀️
