@United My son has now spent 2 days trying to get home from Edinburgh. Today’s flight was delayed multiple times waiting for a crew, and after finally boarding, were told all of the lavatories were inoperative. This has b33 an exhausting What are you doing to make this right?

@JetBlue delays on my Edinburgh-Boston flight made me miss my connection to DCA, rebook another flight, then be forced to check my carry-on. After a long international travel day, the last thing I wanted was to wait at baggage claim. Completely exhausted and frustrated.
