AOC tweeted about it today, and the overall number of eyes on this and volume of chatter about it gives me a small amount of hope that TM and Live Nation could *possibly* face *minor* repercussions. But even that feels naive to say.

And while this is personally top-of-mind today, this isn’t new. The ticket buying process has been a stress-inducing headache for ages now, courtesy of TM/LN. Every time, without fail, it is the worst. (And we pay service fees for that courtesy too!)

Here’s my open pitch to @Starbucks: a built-in part of the app where you can digitally “scratch-off” every new location you visit. Collect new-to-you Starbucks stores as you travel, etc, see what percentage of their stores you’ve been to, maybe get a fun digital sticker for each!
