@British_Airways We are at KL airport after flight to London delayed last night. Moved out of airport at 4am after waiting for 4 hours for staff to make a decision!

Called back to airport tonight for 3am flight that we are told may not happen!

@British_Airways Hi Kev, further from KLIA - they will know in an hour whether or not this plane will fly at 5am - 50/50 chance atm. Meanwhile no food outlets are open and no shuttle back to hotel. Nearly 26 hours since our planned departure time and still no idea when I'll next see Yorkshire.

@British_Airways Hi Kev. Word at KLIA is that the flight may or may not leave at 5am local time. Can you advise who I should believe?

@British_Airways Some of my new friends who are also stranded say that your app has changed our flight time to 5am but an actual human representative is yet to speak to us and confirm. We have bought a phrasebook and applied for Malaysian citizenship but we hope to visit England again someday.
