@Dr_Anxie @TinoChinyoka @nickmangwana Animal welfare is the issue here.Quarantine,donating is out ,disease risk is high with no knowledge of origin and health status of farm of origin,biosecurity measures etc.We don't just depend on end product checks for chicks.Think of the impact on whole poultry industry.

@mapipimakuru @nickmangwana Its not about the duty but possible risk of introducing disease by bringing in un inspected and uncertified https://t.co/Rv2tBdS5xq can cost the whole poultry industry.Immediate disposal was the best ,but done humanely by recommended methods such as gassing then burning.
