@cmuratori Regarding the Amiga 2000 since it was hard info for me to find:
RetroTINKs are made to handle most video mode switches on the fly, I've heard the OSSC will be tough to even get working at all with Amiga RGB.
I own a 5x and it plays nice with my A2000 via a SCART cable adapter.
this man is very iconic and funny and I like him. he has been so unbelievably kind to my music it warms my heart.
if you see this please send love to @FrankJavCee
I've recently been inspired by @HECKSCAPER 's work with the SNES sound chip, so I made a short thing with a fancy pitch mod "guitar" in it. (I have no flash cart atm so the audio is just a recording of bsnes, but it should be hardware compatible)
@tssf@HECKSCAPER nah dw that's okay, I'm satisfied enough with a working rom.
the samples are all pre-made BRRs anyways so it'd probably be a mess to sort out.
@tssf@HECKSCAPER hmm I see, I was under the assumption C700 was doing some kind of bankswitching trickery but bad implementation makes about as much sense.
I don't think snesmod even has pitch mod though? I know there's a newer fork floating around but I haven't been able to find it easily.
@tssf@HECKSCAPER Thanks! And yeah, it's a shame the .spc format isn't really built to handle anything more complicated than just using the 64k of sound ram for the whole thing.
@swagbutts420@HECKSCAPER oh I'm well aware, I grew up with some of her old stuff in the early 2010s, and nowadays I'm fairly in the know and up to date with it. super huge inspiration creatively.
