Ok @DoorDash, I've made 5 calls (>4hrs of time) trying to be refunded for a missing order. During the first 2 calls, the agent told me they couldn't do anything but to expect a call back from a spvsr. No calls rec'd. This is ABSURD & a giant waste of my time and energy.
