Going from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 13 has me straight up feeling like an old person. I have no idea how to use this thing.

@internetrachael I get the ocular part first so if I take 3 Advil when that starts and lie down to nap in the dark I find I can kick the headache part. Lots of water. I find wearing a baseball cap tight on my head is helpful too. There are also articles about magnesium being helpful❤️
