Microsoft AI CEO, Mustafa Suleyman, says that "most, if not all, professional tasks" undertaken by white collar workers will be fully automated by AI within the next 12 to 18 months
Earlier I said my lower boundary was around 6942 with the upper side near 6963. We had a sharp late day liquidation straight into the lower end of that range and an immediate buyers response higher.
Nothing magical here. No indicators. No pattern calling.
When price reaches the edge of a predefined payoff boundary, behavior changes because positioning and risk transfer change. Thatโs the entire thesis behind me structuring my trades this way.
Iโm not predicting bounces. Iโm defining where pressure is likely to shift and letting the market show its hand.
Sometimes it holds. Sometimes it breaks. Either way, risk was already decided long before this candle printed.
Beautiful example of what โletting price come to youโ actually looks like.
SPX around 6950 right now, which puts us near the lower half of my expected range for today.
The way Iโm framing this trade has nothing to do with direction and everything to do with location. My working range is defined by roughly 6942 on the downside and 6963 on the upside. Inside that window, time is doing the heavy lifting.
What Iโm watching closely here is how price behaves as we press into the lower end of that range. If we stabilize and rotate, theta continues to accrue. If we accelerate lower, risk is already defined and capped, so the decision tree stays clean.
This is why I like structuring days like this. Iโm not trying to predict the next candle. Iโm setting an expected distribution for where price is allowed to live and getting paid as long as reality stays inside it.
Right now price is doing exactly what itโs supposed to do. Not exciting, but very controlled.
