Overall, no build servers to operate.

The entire hosted service is Cloudflare:

- Workers for API/UI
- Containers for compilation
- Durable Objects for coordination/state
- R2 for sources, artifacts + cache

Work arrives, machine appears, Linux builds, useful state persists, we boot the freshly built kernel for verification, and machine disappears.
