@KimberlyBlumen1 et al surveyed 52k @MassGenBrigham employees who got their first COVID vaccine dose. 16 had confirmed anaphylaxis, with a mean onset at 17 min although pretty significant range of 1-120, 1 to ICU, 9 got epi, all recovered

Lots of good info to look at here (give it a read!), but for us the takeaways are:
- Anaphylaxis cases are rare/low but not zero
- Most with anaphylaxis had an allergy history, 1/3 had prior anaphylaxis
- Do not throw away your shot!
