@DougHehner Doug, we had this problem with my grandson who at age two was determined to choose his outfits.
We put out 2 or 3 proper outfits and allowed him to choose. Then we gave him lots of praise. We never had to say the NO word and his independence,self esteem was boosted EVERY-TIME.
