@HelloFresh I forgot to skip an order and contacted within 4 hours of the order being initiated. I am out of town next week. I asked if it was possible to cancel or change as I won’t be home and was told no. Really can’t help out a long time customer? Shame on you - disgusted
@AmericanAir disgusted that you will not refund me for flight I could not take due to covid. Work related trips I’m now having to pay for. It can be applied to later trips? We don’t even know when that is possible. I will have to pay for this way before I can use it. Horrible!!!

@Uber very disappointed in the lack of customer service! I had a bogus charge over 3 weeks of $110 ago and have still heard nothing back! Switching to @lyft telling all my friends to do the same!
