@siobhanworld Mine haven’t been outside since I got them seven years ago. They are happy and healthy! I’ve tried getting them on leashes to go out and they immediately cry at the door to go back in so they are purely indoor. They prefer to experience the outdoors from behind a window screen
@agingroy@DrAnneCarpenter It may seem self-evident but it’s still really important to study and prove with data. Many insurance plans have time limits on GLP-1 use, so we need research to show that short term use does nothing long term
@AdamZivo It’s a partial solution but students need to learn to write research papers. Any student who wants to be a scientist, lawyer, journalist, etc needs to learn how to find credible sources and synthesize the information. Couldn’t be done live
@awmayhall@amazon I would recommend changing your wording to “secure package box” because only postal workers can deliver to a US mailbox. If what you are referring to IS a mailbox, then you need a different box for Amazon packages
@_starz333 I mean yes and no, my condo had to do a construction project that led to a big unexpected bill which I would not have paid if I rented, but if I had owned a single family home I wouldn’t have had two other owners to split the cost with. So depends what you’re comparing to
@sickblanket@anvyrd But the fundamental difference is that each unit is owned by a separate person, not that it’s “cozier,” like maybe that happens as a side effect but it’s not correct to use that to explain what it is
@sadgirlyboss Not really “normal” vs “not normal,” it’s more “privileged” (eg parents pay for college, have a good enough job to save up cash for a car, never had catastrophic medical bills) or “not privileged”
