@SenPolehanki I am writing a paper analyzing the prevalence of systemic racism among youth in Canada. Your political efforts to address this issue in the US have been admirable. Do you have advice for potential actions that can be taken to address this concern? #EM203
@SenPolehanki I appreciate your efforts in raising awareness about the prevalence of systemic racism in the United States, specifically your prioritization of EDI. According to your expertise, how would you recommend Canada approach it’s national systemic racism concerns?
"Learning about diversity, equity, and inclusion practices and having meaningful discussions about systemic racism are still needed because racism in American is not over.
Ask Americans of color if racism in America is over. I think they’ll tell you."

Jason Kelce talking about losing to the Chiefs in the Super Bowl and his relationship with Travis. The amount of respect I have for this man… wow I wasn’t planning on crying this morning but here we are. Congratulations on all of your success, Jason Kelce.
As a varsity athlete, I value and appreciate this emphasis on flexibility and mobility. Often times resting your body and practicing simple balancing movements is better than constantly training and fatiguing your muscles #EM203Robin#EM203Research
Practicing stretching, movements and strengthening with balance drills is as important to our health as cardiovascular, strength training, eating well and sleeping.
Adding these easy activities to your day can make a difference in how you feel. Truly fit.

I am enjoying reading about how the rise of internet use has affected the learning process and the new generations of students. The notes on multi-tasking in lesson three really stuck with me! I shared this experiment with many of my peers. #EM203Robin
@EM203EdenPerry Same here!! Sometimes I take on more tasks than I can delegate, and find myself experiencing ‘burnout’ much faster. There’s a fine line between balancing tasks and multitasking.
@EM203MWorton I also didn’t realize how useful technology and digital platforms were in supporting learning. I have developed a greater appreciation for the technological advancements of our century!
@ellahahnn It couldn’t have been said better! Learning about the positive impact the internet and media has had on our generation has been extremely interesting. Specifically, our use of media to communicate.
@EM203Amoreira I 100% agree! Learning about the different ways teaching has evolved over the past century is interesting. The internet and technological advancements have helped facilitate this change.
@Jenna_EM203 I also enjoyed reaching about how our internet usage has hindered our ability to learn in an effective manner. Additionally, the lesson about multi-tasking was a huge surprise to me!
These first lessons in EM203 have taught me a variety of new learning methods. I understand how different people process new information in unique ways. I also learned how the internet has greatly impacted the learning process for the our generation of students #EM203Robin
